Since 1975, Rice Perry Ellis has been privileged to play a leading role in the development of many of the major hospitality, recreational, leisure and landscaping projects in the Arabian Gulf Region and most recently in large-scale urban mixed-use developments.
Our multi-disciplinary team provides comprehensive project management, planning, architectural, landscape architectural and engineering services to clients throughout the Middle East.
Design associations with some of the world’s leading architects has enabled us to offer clients projects of international levels of excellence whilst optimizing economy of design and construction.
Long-term relationships with our clients are a result of our staff’s dedication to bringing projects to fruition on programme and within budget.
SERVICES
Projects for which Rice Perry Ellis have recently secured an appointment include the Dubai Expo 2020 Sustainability Pavilion, One Central Theatre at Dubai World Trade Centre, the Museum of the Future and several residential towers for Emaar Developments at Dubai Harbour Development, Dubai South, Dubai Creek Harbour and MBR – Dubai Hills. Staff numbers continue to increase throughout 2018 as some of these Projects move into the construction stage.
As work on the Sustainability Pavilion progresses on site we have recently secured a number of other EXPO Projects where we are Architect of Record.
These include the second of the three main attractions, the Opportunity Pavilion.
In addition, country pavilions include the New Zealand Pavilion and Australia Pavilion.
Permanent EXPO amenity spaces comprise North Park, South Park with Observation Tower and Plot C209, Urban Oasis.
