The pavilion had a built-up area of 8,784 square meters and was located in the Opportunity District. Following the closure of Expo 2020, the pavilion is one of the structures that remains as a permanent part of Expo City Dubai. The pavilion embodied the concept that every individual action can create a ripple effect for positive global change. Its architecture was conceived as a vast public plaza that encouraged cross-cultural connection, with a distinctive, multi-layered textile canopy floating 32 meters above to represent clouds and aspirations.
